Mamahoela is located in the Netherlands. Within the Netherlands we ship with PostNL. We ship within Europe and to the UK with DPD.
Orders placed before 12.00 GMT+1 are usually shipped the same day. We guarantee to ship orders within 36 hours of purchase. We send shipping details via email as soon as the package is ready for dispatch. This email contains tracking information.
We do not offer the option to pick up your package at Mamahoela HQ at this time.
Shipping in the Netherlands is free above EUR 60.00. Below this amount we charge EUR 4.50 for packages that fit through the letterbox, or EUR 6.50 for larger packages.
International shipping within Europe or to the United Kingdom is free above EUR 100.00. Below this amount we charge between EUR 7.00 and 20.00 depending on your country, the size and weight of the package. Accurate shipping costs are displayed in your cart upon checkout.
Please note, any duty and customs taxes are for the recipient; Mamahoela cannot be held liable for any further costs.
Damages or loss
All Mamahoela shipments are our responsibility until they reach your doorstep. That means we are responsible for damages or loss.
Within the Netherlands, your package will normally be delivered within 24 hours after dispatch, weekends and holidays not included. Estimated delivery times within Europe and to the UK are between 1 and 5 business days excluding weekends and public holidays, please use the tracking link to receive up to date information regarding delivery. Should you want your purchase to be sent with an express service, please contact us at [email protected]. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a shipping quotation.
Changing the shipping address
Please email us as soon as possible if you notice a wrong shipping address. You can change your shipping address as long as your parcel has not yet been dispatched to our shipping partners. We can no longer change the shipping address once the package has been dispatched. If this is not possible, we will then ship the package to your required address after it is returned to us. The extra shipping charges are at your own cost. Unfortunately we do not accept cancellations of an order due to a change in shipping address after the order has been confirmed and dispatched. You are responsible for providing the right shipping information.
